All sales are FINAL. Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned once downloaded or accessed, we do not offer refunds on digital products. Please review the product description carefully before purchasing. If you experience a technical problem downloading your file, contact us at support@digem.online and we will make it right.
Deposits paid to begin service work are non-refundable, as they reserve our time and cover work started on your behalf. Once a service is fully delivered and approved, it is considered complete and non-refundable. If you are unhappy with a deliverable, contact us and we will work in good faith to address reasonable concerns within the agreed scope.
In rare cases, we may choose to offer a partial credit or refund on a case-by-case basis. This is a courtesy, not an obligation, and does not change the policy above.
